But why is it really so hard . The small things such as opening a bank account , paying a bill, paying for parking can e breally annoying . It just down to process . I know the algorithms are taking over , I understand how theoretically simple tasks are being replaced by apps but why is all of this so annoying . Maybe it is when face with a conversation with a human who has no script or process humans get on with it . They smile , laugh see the rediculous and absurdity of life and do it . With the impersonal process world we expect the machines to be perfect . We are trading our deep desire to connect with fellow human beings for transaction perfection and when it does not happen ….. well
